Victron Energy GX WiFi module long range (Netgear AC1200)

The Victron CCGX WiFi Module Long Range is a dual-band USB WiFi adapter (based on the Netgear AC1200) that gives a Victron GX device wireless connectivity with noticeably better range than the small Nano dongle. It’s the right choice when the GX is mounted away from the router — across a boat, an RV, or an off-grid building — and you need a stronger, more reliable link to get the system onto your network and the VRM portal.

Newer GX devices (the Cerbo GX MK2 and Ekrano GX) already have WiFi built in. This module is for older GX hardware (such as the Color Control GX) that relies on a USB WiFi adapter, or anywhere you want longer range than the compact WiFi Module Simple (Nano USB) provides.
